  • Have a good credit rating. We only rent to financially responsible tenants. Financially responsible tenants, from our many years of experience, are less likely to be caught up in rent issues.
  • Don't have a criminal past. It's our responsibility to ensure the safety of our residents and their neighbors. That's why we run background checks on every prospective tenant to ensure we don't rent to criminals.
  • Have no eviction history. We choose not to rent to tenants who have eviction histories.

The goal of our screening process is to reduce the chances of landing potential problem tenants as much as possible.
