Evolve Nevada has been in the property management business for well over 20 strong years. During this time, we have grown to manage nearly 500 doors with well over $200 million in assets under management.
We currently manage residential single and multi-family homes, university student housing, commercial retail, and commercial office space.
Owner Jason Evanchak has over twenty-five years of service in the greater Northern Nevada geography. When you work with us, you can rest assured knowing that your property is being managed by someone who knows the area well.

Jason Evanchak is the owner of Evolve Nevada. In addition, he is a licensed Realtor, Property Manager, Community Association Manager and Business Broker. His firm currently manages residential single and multifamily, university student housing, commercial retail, and commercial office space. He has over twenty-five years of service in the greater Northern Nevada geography.
Stephani Ruiz
Property Management Accounting
I am a born and raised Nevadan who is proud to live in this amazing community. I have worked for Realty Corner/Evolve Nevada for about 4 years and my main role is property management accounting.
My accounting experience goes back to working for a tile and natural stone company, where I gained 16 years of accounting experience and performed many accounting tasks for tile contractors and the business. I also gained skills in customer service, working directly with tile contractors. I gained administration experience working at a state agency for 4 years, prior to working here, which involved assisting the office staff, maintenance workers and supervisors with a wide variety of duties.
I manage all accounting aspects for our owners, tenants and vendors in addition to monitoring our commercial accounts. With this job is a tremendous amount of responsibility and I take pride in handling every single account to the best of my ability to ensure that our owners and tenants are in the best of hands
Audra Woodward
Property Manager
After graduating with a BS from the University of Nevada Reno, I began my career in property management overseeing a HUD subsidized multifamily complex in the heart of San Francisco and fell in love with community development and serving my residents. More recently I supervised a portfolio of 500+ spaces in the manufactured housing sector. As a licensed NV Real Estate Salesperson and Property Manager I am always looking to expand my horizons in the field and continue to provide excellent customer service to our clients and tenants.
Hector Mendoza
Property Management Assistant
Before I graduated with a BS in Business Management from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2020, I was already getting my feet wet in the world of business. I was a district manager and recruiter for Safeway, which involved local and foreign recruiting for multiple stores across the district. I was also a lead for PG&E in California to provide aid for communities during fire season. I became a substitute teacher to teach mainly high school, and many more leadership roles in between. As the newest team member at EvolveNV, I'm hoping I can bring a lot to the table while I embark on my new journey into property management.
Sandi Hales
Assistant Property Manager
I recently moved back to Reno from Oklahoma and I’m excited to have joined the EvolveNV team! My background includes property management for single-family homes and multifamily properties. I have also been a Regional Manager overseeing five smaller apartment complexes. I have worked for a custom home builder and multiple service industries relating to your home from insurance to lawn sprinklers and more. My career in both office management and property management will hopefully bring an added asset to the EvolveNV team.
I look forward to getting my Nevada Real Estate License and continue to broaden my horizons here at EvolveNV. My current role is an Assistant Property Manager until obtaining my license and becoming a Property Manager working alongside Audra.
